How do you unsend all your Instagram messages?

Traditionally unsending all your messages on Instagram has been a long and tedious process, you had to:

1. Navigate to the chat you want to unsend
2. Hold down on the Instagram message you want to unsend
3. Press the Unsend button to unsend a single message
4. Repeat steps 2-3 hundreds of times until you've unsent all the messages in your chat.
